Shipping & Returns

Online checkout for utility goods is not yet connected. Payment provider pending: kit lists are saved in your browser and any order is only formed once confirmed in writing by our Glasgow studio. We will confirm availability, price and delivery before anything is dispatched.

When ordering is enabled, we expect to ship ordinary utility goods within the United Kingdom. Estimated dispatch is within 2–5 business days of a confirmed order, with delivery times depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping costs, where they apply, will be shown and confirmed before an order is finalised. Some kit lists may qualify for combined shipping.

You may return unused goods in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order reference. Unless an item arrived faulty or incorrect, return postage may be your responsibility.

If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, in line with the Refund Policy and your UK consumer rights.
